1. Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout using PayPal.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us at service@yimijiao.com as soon as possible.


2. Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to:

  • Contiguous 48 U.S. states

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

Note: Remote or hard-to-reach areas may not be serviceable. We will notify you if your address cannot be delivered.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard shipping is 3–7 business days after order processing (1–2 business days).

Q: Are there shipping fees?
A:

  • Free shipping for orders over $20

  • $5 for orders under $20

Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What items can I return?
A: Eligible items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and unwashed

  • Have original tags and packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt

Q: What items cannot be returned?
A:

  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons

  • Opened cosmetics

  • Clearance or sale items

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Submit a return request through your account. Once approved, we will provide a return address. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Payment will be refunded to the original method, minus a $5 restocking fee, unless the return is due to a product quality issue.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.

Q: What if my item is damaged or lost during shipping?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.


4. Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal only. You can pay using your PayPal balance or linked credit/debit cards.

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure, encrypted system, and we do not store your complete credit card information.

Q: In what currency are payments processed?
A: All payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Q: What should I do if payment fails?
A: Ensure your PayPal account is in good standing and your linked card is valid. If issues persist, contact us at service@yimijiao.com.


5. Privacy

Q: How do you protect my personal information?
A: We use SSL encryption and limit access to your information. Your data is only used to process orders, provide support, and send communications with your consent.

Q: Can I access or delete my personal information?
A: Yes. You can request to access, update, or delete your account information at any time.

Q: Do you collect information from children?
A: No. Our website is not intended for children under 13.
