1. Return Timeframe

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Be in their original condition

• Unused, undamaged, and unwashed

• With original tags and packaging attached

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care items for hygiene reasons

• Opened cosmetics

• Clearance/sale items

4. Return Process

Please follow these steps to return an item:

1. Log in to your account and submit a return request

2. Wait for us to review and approve your request

3. Once approved, you will receive an email with the return address

4. Pack the item securely using the original packaging or protective packaging

5. Ship the package to the provided address

Important Note: Please do not ship items back to the original shipping address as this may cause delays in processing your return.

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• For returns due to product quality issues, we will provide a full refund including original shipping costs and waive the restocking fee

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

7. Shipping Damage or Loss

If your item arrived damaged or was lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
